You’re curious about AI. You’ve heard the buzz, seen the headlines, maybe even tried a few tools, but instead of feeling excited, you feel… stuck. Every article is crammed with jargon. Every video assumes you already know the basics. And every conversation about AI seems to spiral into a mix of hype and confusion. It’s no wonder so many people freeze before they even begin.
I get it. I’ve been in that place myself, wanting to explore new technology but overwhelmed by where to start. That’s why I do what I do.
I’m André Barnard, a software developer and creator of AI Voyager. My mission is simple: I make AI accessible for beginners by breaking it down step by step, in plain language, so you can learn without the stress. Instead of dumping a mountain of theory on you, I focus on quick wins, practical skills you can actually use right away.
Here’s how it works:
- First, I help you cut through the noise. You don’t need to know everything; you just need a clear starting point.
- Next, I remove the stumbling blocks that usually trip people up, no math marathons, no long-winded explanations. Just short lessons, clear examples, and reusable templates.
- And along the way, I answer the questions you’re already asking yourself: What should I learn first? How do I know I’m doing it right? Can I really use this at work without messing things up?
The result? You build confidence instead of doubt. You start applying AI to everyday tasks, whether that’s drafting better emails, automating boring work, or speeding up a project. And those small wins add up. For many of my students, that means saving hours each week, standing out in their jobs, and feeling ready for the future instead of afraid of it.
This isn’t just theory for me. I work as a developer in the Netherlands, and I’m actively following the Microsoft AI Engineer career path. I’ve spent years translating complex systems into tools people actually use. My real strength isn’t just knowing AI, it’s making it understandable and approachable for people who don’t speak “tech.”
At the end of the day, my work is about more than learning software. It’s about giving people back a sense of confidence in a world that’s moving fast. Because when you stop feeling lost and start feeling capable, it changes how you show up at work, in your career, and even in conversations with others.
If you’ve been curious about AI but never knew where to start, I’d love to guide you. You don’t need to do it alone and you don’t need to feel overwhelmed.
